Participants of Memorial Services in France.
There were Memorial Services when the Memorials were unveiled in France. These Memorials are at Les Villettes, Oct. 6, 1996; Cabrieres. May 8, 2001; Sainte-Cannat, May 14, 2001; and Meze, September 7, 2002.
Special Acknowledgments to the many that participated and worked together with unreserved support and energy for these Memorials to these young Navy pilots.
Mr. Marcel, Retired FAF, military historian, who gathered the information on these pilots, General Jen-Luc Brousse, Retired, France Memory Organization, General Pierre Hubac, Retired, Order Of Merit Organization, General Jean-Paul Vinceguerra, Retired, and their spouses, the Mayors, City Councils and the People of Les Villettes, Sainte-Cannatt, Meze, St. Julien, Cabrieres, the American Delegations, Families, Former Pilots and Crews of VF-74 and VOF-1 of the USS Kasaan Bay and USS Tulagi, Crewman of the USS Brinkley Bass, American Military Personnel and numerous Veterans Delegations and Flag Bearers.
